Configure your own Domain

Overview

This document describes the steps required by the customer, to configure a custom domain name for their webstore.

The intended audience of this document are the QeS customers.

How to configure the Domain.

In order to configure the domain, please login to CRM and go to Settings > Configuration > Domain settings.

Click on Configure your own domain.

Enter your domain name as instructed and then click on Next.

(Note: The domain name you enter should have been purchased from domain service provider)

Before verifying your connection there are some steps that need to be followed. Click on the View Instructions button or click here.

Once the instructions have been followed and relevant configuration is complete, click on Verify Connection.

The system will verify the configuration with your domain manager and if the configuration is correct your domain will be linked and status shown as connected.

In case of an error the system will show the relevant configuration error.

In case of an error, verify the configurations as mentioned in the instruction file and try again.
