Setting up social media platform

Social media is a good way to promote your online store. It allows you to share your products and connect with customers. You can create social media accounts for your business to help build your brand, improve your SEO, and increase traffic to your store.

You can display your products on following social media platforms: 

1.  Facebook
2.  Twitter
3.  Youtube
4.  Pinterest
5.  Instagram
6.  Google+
7. Linkedlin

Login to your CRM and follow the below given steps to set up the social media icons:

1. Go to Settings > Social Media and click Add Social Media Pages. Add following details: Social Media Platforms, Page URL and for Status, select Active.

This will display the social media icons into the mobile app.

Once you have configured platform, you have to integrate and link your social media account with CRM. Refer to:

1. Integrate and publish products on Facebook
2. Integrate and publish products on Twitter
3. Integrate and publish products on Pinterest
