Integrate and publish products on Twitter

Social media is a good way to promote your online store. It allows you to share your products and connect with customers. You can create social media accounts for your business to help build your brand, improve your SEO, and increase traffic to your store.

You can display your products on following social media platforms:

1. Facebook
2. Twitter
3. Pinterest

To display your products on your Twitter page you need to have a registered developer account in Twitter and link your CRM app to that account.

Twitter Configuration

1. Go to  https://apps.twitter.com/ and log in to your Twitter developer account.
2. Click Create New App and enter the required details. Agree to Twitter's terms and conditions and click Create your Twitter application.

   

3. Go to Keys and Access Tokens tab and copy Consumer Key (Application ID) and Consumer Secret (Application Secret). You have to add these details in your CRM.

   

 This finishes your Twitter configuration.

CRM configuration

1. Login to your CRM. Go to Setting ­> Social Media. If you have already added and activated Twitter page then edit otherwise click Add Social Media page to add page and enter App ID and App Secret that you copied in previous step. Click Save.
2. Click X icon against Twitter to authorize your credentials.
3. Enter your Twitter credentials to login. You will be redirected to the Permission page. Provide appropriate permissions. After this, once again you will be automatically redirected to your CRM page. This will authorise your Twitter account.
4. Go to Settings > Social Media and click Social Media Sharing. Select Twitter and click Save. 

This completes integration and now you can share and post product data on Twitter without logging into Twitter !!.
