Integrate and publish products on Facebook

Social media is a good way to promote your online store. It allows you to share your products and connect with customers. You can create social media accounts for your business to help build your brand, improve your SEO, and increase traffic to your store.

You can display your products on following social media platforms:

1. Facebook
2. Twitter
3. Pinterest

To display your products on your Facebook page you need to have a registered developer account and link your CRM app.

Facebook configuration

1. Go to Facebook developer panel to register as Facebook developer. https://developers.facebook.com/or fi you already have a developer account login to your Facebook account.
2. Go to My Apps > Add New App and create a new app id with the following details: app name, contact email address and your business category.

   

   

3.  You will be automatically log in your account 

   

4. Go to Dashboard and click on Choose a Platform button.

   

5. Choose Website (WWW) as an platform. 

   

6. Link your Facebook page with your app by specifying your site url: http://crm.quickeselling.net/ and click on Next button.

   

7. Click Skip Quick Start at top of the header and click Finished.

   

8. You will be redirected to on Apps Dashboard page.
9. Skip this step if you do not want to upload your application app. If you want to upload your application icon click Settings.

   

10. To make your app public, click App Review and assign relevant permissions. Once it is approved your application gets activated and is ready for use.

    

    

11. Go to Dashboard and copy App ID and App Secret. You have to add these details in your CRM.

    

This finishes your Facebook configuration.

CRM configuration

1. Login to your CRM. Go to Setting ­> Social Media . If you have already added Facebook page then edit otherwise click Add Social Media page and enter App ID and App Secret that you copied in previous step. Click Save.

   

2. Click X icon against Facebook to authorize your credentials.

   

3. Enter your Facebook credentials and login. You will be redirected to the Permission page. Provide appropriate permissions. After this, once again you will be automatically redirected to your CRM page.

   

4. Go to Settings > Social Media and click Social Media Sharing. Select Facebook and click Save.

This completes integration and now you can share and post product data on Facebook without logging into Facebook !!.
