Quickeselling provides caching to reduce the number of requests it makes. As a best practice if you have updated your app or any data clear the cache so that the latest changes are reflected.
Log in to your CRM account. Go to Settings > Configuration > App Settings and click Clear Cache and wait for the page to load again. Refresh your mobile app or reload your app.
You can also clear cache from Products > My Products or Settings > App Theme page.
