Are you facing issues with changes not reflecting in your app? Sometimes you might feel your app settings changes, banner image changes, newly uploaded products are not displayed in your app but preview shows those changes.
If you are experiencing such issues refresh your app and reload your mobile app. Refresh option is available on the home screen of your app. Alternately you can also clear cache. Clearing cache will reflect changes immediately on your app.
Log in to your CRM account. You fill find Clear Cache button on following pages:
- Products > My Products
- Settings > App Theme
- Settings > Configuration > App Settings
Note: Changes such as app loading screens, app icon, and app name cannot be reflected by clearing cache. To apply these changes, request an app update. Alternately you can mail us at support@quickeselling.com.
