How do I publish reviews?

Product reviews are comments submitted on the product page by your customers or viewers of your mobile app.

All the reviews submitted by your customers are displayed on the My Products > Reviews page. Administrator of your app has to moderate the comments before publishing it. You can even delete the comment if you do not find it appropriate. Once you publish comment is displayed on the product page of your store. 

Log on to CRM and follow the below steps.

1. Go to My Products > Reviews. Page lists all the reviews.
2. Moderate all the reviews with the status as Pending.
3. To approve review, change the status from Pending to Published.
